All returns covered under our 90-day return to base warranty period are subject to the following conditions:

• Contact us by phone or email as a preliminary step to determine if the product should be returned for warranty.
• Wifitech Pty Ltd 90 day Return to base warranty does not cover faults not related to manufacture, this includes but is not limited to missuse, misshandling, lightning strike, electro magnetic static, electro magnetic interference, incorrect installation of equipment or network configuration.
• Wifitech Pty Ltd will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
• All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.


• Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.
• Claim for missing accessories or product not as advertised must be reported within 15 days from the date item is shipped.

  After a return is approved by Wifitech

  • Write all your contact details legibly on a the return label or outside of the packaging box.

  Unauthorized Returns

  Shipments that are returned without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees. Per Australian law, any taxes refunded in this case will be calculated based on the final refund amount minus the 15% restocking fee, not the original purchase price.

  Warranty Service

  For warranty service, please contact Wifitech Pty Ltd. You must obtain authorisation to return from us. If another manufacturer or third party is responsible, you must obtain an RMA number from them.
